EASA Part 66 CAT B1 Full Course – 800 h

Course Objective:
Impart of the necessary knowledge to achieve the Aircraft Maintenance Licence in according with EASA Part 66

Training Content:
Module 1: Mathematic
Module 2: Physic
Module 3: Electrical Fundamentals
Module 5: Digital Techniques
Module 6: Materials and Hardware
Module 7: Maintenance Practices
Module 8: Basic Aerodynamics
Module 9: Human Factors
Module 10: Aviation Legislation
Module 11: Aeroplane Aerodynamics, Structures and Systems
Module 15: Gas Turbine Engines
Module 17: Propeller

Participants:
Young professionals or other technical professions with national degree.

Conditions:
None.
Important: To achieve the licence, 12 month practical work experience in a maintenance of civil aircrafts must be demonstrated, before or after the Basic Training.
Times in the army may be counted.

150 days

Instructor:
Approved Instructor and Examiner

Degree:
Certificate after successful examination (>75%) in each module.

NOTE: This course can be booked with exams at B1 standard. The student would then gain his Cat A license after 12 months of practical experience, and after a further 24 months of experience as a Cat A mechanic he would be elligable for a B1 in accordance with EASA Part 66.
