Scope
The
purpose of the Maintenance Training Organisation Exposition (MTOE) compliance
checklist and user guide is to assist organisation wishing to obtain EASA Part-147
approval (MTO). This document is
complementary to the requirements of Implementing Rule (IR) - Regulation EU
2042/2003 Annex IV, Part-147 “as amended” and does not supersede or replace the
information defined within the IR.
